It is ideally situated 5 minutes to the centre of Byron and beaches and only 7minutes to the heritage village of Bangalow with its eclectic mixture of colourful shops and cafes.
The charming cottage has recently been modernised and nestles amid ¾ acre of lush green lawns and tropical shrubs and trees.
